Phil was born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

He took a job and moved to South Florida in 2012 working in the Veterinary field, then made his way out to California.

After a 3 year stint in San Diego, Phil moved Back to Sunny South Florida in late 2017 where he made his transition into the Radio Industry.
