For the second time this week, trading on Wall Street is being halted after the Dow Jones Industrial Average tripped a circuit breaker by losing seven percent minutes after the opening bell.

All three major indexes had lost seven percent when trading was halted for 15 minutes.

Investors were concerned about President Trump’s announcement last night of a travel ban from many European countries.
